Our story
The Precedent Suites began as a general serviced office provider. Over time, one attorney told another, and another told a colleague — until nearly our entire client base was legal professionals. Rather than resist that, we leaned in.
Today, our members appreciate something most office providers can't offer: being surrounded by peers who understand the practice of law. That means informal referrals, shared credibility, and a professional environment shaped entirely around how attorneys work.
Our vision is simple: become Jamaica's premier office and business services provider exclusively for attorneys and legal professionals.

When I decided to take the leap and become a sole practitioner, I wanted to find a central and accessible location for my clients. I began the search and came across a few locations that were of interest. After only viewing the pictures posted by Precedent Suites, I was sold on the location. It was centrally located, easily accessible and affordable.
I later made a call to further inquire about the location and I spoke with the receptionist who also made the decision easy. She was accommodating, friendly and most importantly professional. This added to the appeal of the location. And further cemented my decision to use this location.
Our firm has been based in Montego Bay for several years, and we'd often discussed opening a Kingston office. The challenge was that the cost of setting up and maintaining a second location just didn't make financial sense.
We heard about Precedent Suites through another attorney who already had a satellite office there, and after looking into it, it was exactly what we needed. We were able to establish a professional presence in Kingston without the expense and commitment of leasing and outfitting our own office.
It's allowed us to meet clients in Kingston, attend matters more conveniently, and grow our practice in a way that simply wasn't practical before. For any attorney outside Kingston who wants to expand their reach, I'd certainly recommend Precedent Suites.
